The FAQ

What is your photography style?

I start out by taking traditional posed shots, and then the rest of the session very relaxed, capturing the natural laughs and smiles throughout the session.

How long have you been doing this?

2015 was the first time I started taking photos for families and weddings. I have loved capturing images ever since!

How many photos do we get?

It depends on the type of session, and age/size of the group. Typically a minimum of 15 for a full session, and around 5 for a mini session.

How do we get our photos?

They will be delivered in an online album with high-resolution images for download. You will get a special download pin that only you can use.

Do you retouch photos?

I use a combination of lightroom and photoshop to retouch photos.

Whats your turn around time?

For a mini session, up to 2 weeks. For a full session, up to 4 weeks.

How do we book you?

You can message me through email (rrlupo@outlook.com), facebook (RJ Photography), and other sources (call/text) to set up the perfect time/location for the session.

What time do the sessions take place?

My favorite time is in the early morning as the sun is coming up, or in the evening as the sun is setting. It makes the most perfect golden images!

How far out do you book?

Time: About 6 months - 1 year. Distance: I prefer to stay within 30 miles of Huntsville, AL. However, if services are requested further, an equitable adjustment would be added to cover travel costs.

What happens if it rains?

We will monitor the weather the week of the session, up to the day prior to the session to determine if we need to reschedule or move the time. If rescheduling isn't an option, we will try to find a covered outdoor area to take the photos, or just play in the rain!

What should we wear?

Whatever you feel most beautiful and comfortable in. Muted colors help by not reflecting the color onto the face. Layering works really well for changing up the look and feel of photos. An extra change of clothes for little ones is suggested, in case any accidents happen while at the location.
